New Jersey Amateur Baseball League

Welcome to the 2022 Spring Season. If you were assigned this form, you have been identified as an Amateur Level (standard, AAA or AA) manager. The purpose of this form is to have each manager read and acknowledge the expectations for the level (rule wise) and sign off that you agree.

In the past, we have had managers break rules and note "they did not know it was a rule" so to help control that, no amateur team will be added to the schedule without this form completed.
